Team From Wetherford

June 18, 2007

Paul Hodges led a small team from Weatherford, Texas into the jungles of Uganda. They got to play along the Nile River and spent a week being the hands and feet of Jesus, as they ministered to widows and orphans in Kamdini, a village north or Restoration Gateway. What was their response?

“It was an incredible week and we were each impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the Ugandan people. We left having made many new friends and secure in the knowledge that God’s favor is upon Uganda, especially the Restoration Gateway ministry.”

ATS In Uganda

June 13, 2007

Nate and Jamie Bobbett, led the Antioch Training School outreach to Uganda. They ignited the building process on the Open Air Building after Uganda welcomed them with a torrential rainstorm and left their belonging soaking wet! This team built the western-style showers and bathroom facilities. They also knocked over countless termite hills as they toiled to clear 3 ½ acres of land. As messengers of the gospel, they got to see the Bible come alive as they prayed and saw miraculous healings. They prayed for a 13 year old girl named Alice, who was deaf and mute for 5 years. God healed her after they left her small village. The pastor walked 8 hours to let them know what had occurred!
